The apartment sleeps four and forms part of a magnificent gentleman's country residence, peacefully secluded yet only a short stroll from the centre of Grasmere. The views of Silver Howe and Loughrigg Fell in front of the property are spectacular. |

Crag House is completed to a very high standard with every attention to detail including
central heating and a welcoming Aga in a beautiful kitchen.
The large garden has a private patio for guests with wrought iron garden
furniture and a barbeque - it's the perfect place to unwind with a drink after a day out, with views of the fells opposite.

The kitchen is fitted with Shaker style units and granite tops, a Belfast sink with brass
mixer taps and a teak draining board. There is an electric cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and flatscreen TV.

The lounge has deep-cushioned furnishings including a knole settee and a double sofa-bed for occasional extra guests.
A flatscreen TV, DVD player, CD hi-fi and a coffee table with integral chess and backgammon are provided. Wi-Fi internet access
is available throughout the accommodation. |

Two bedrooms, a double and a twin-bedded, both face south with magnificent views. The double boasts an old-fashioned iron bedstead
and both rooms have pretty cotton fabrics and high quality mattresses. Cotton dressing gowns and slippers are provided. |

The bathroom has a bath, shower cubicle with power shower, wc and wash basin on a fitted carpet. Luxury towels are provided.
There is a separate small washroom off the lounge and a second toilet with wash basin at the bottom of the stairs. |

Guests benefit from a family pass to visit the pool, spa and gymnasium at the Wordsworth Hotel, five minutes walk away in the village, and two mountain bikes with helmets are available. |
